Prices, ranges and “what's included” content published on this Site are informational estimates for typical Bay Area moves and are not binding offers. A binding or non-binding quote exists only once issued by our team for your specific move, in writing (email or text), and your move is then governed by the moving contract, estimate and bill of lading you sign with us — not by this Site's content. Availability shown on the Site does not guarantee a booking until we confirm your date.
Submitting the quote form is free and creates no obligation on either party until a booking is confirmed.
You agree to provide accurate information in quote requests; not to submit abusive, automated or fraudulent requests (spam submissions are rate-limited and logged by IP); and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its services, including its administrative dashboard and APIs.
Information you submit through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting a request you permit us to contact you about it by phone, SMS and email. Please don't submit personal information belonging to someone else unless you are authorized to do so.
All text, images, layout and branding on the Site are the property of OCD Moving Services or its licensors. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without written permission. You may freely link to any page.
The Site uses third-party services for analytics, advertising measurement, customer relationship management and communications (described in the Privacy Policy). Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their services.
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including availability, accuracy of displayed content and fitness for a particular purpose. Facts such as licensing numbers (US‑DOT #2597230) are published in good faith and can be independently verified with FMCSA and the CPUC.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCD Moving Services is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including reliance on any pricing or service information displayed — and our aggregate liability for Site-related claims is limited to the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the fees actually paid to us for the move in question, where applicable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, and liability for physical moves is governed by federal (FMCSA) and California moving regulations and the contract you sign with us.
We may update these terms; the revised version applies from the effective date shown above. Material changes will be noted here.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the San Francisco Bay Area (Alameda County / Contra Costa County, California).
