OCD Moving Services is a licensed, insured, California-owned moving company based in El Sobrante, CA — serving homes and businesses across the Bay Area.
We handle local and long-distance residential moves, commercial and office moves, POD container moves, packing and unpacking, piano moves and junk removal — the full range you can see on our services page. Every move is quoted up front, and we don't charge extra for stairs, long carries or miles.
We operate as a for-hire carrier under federal and California authority — US‑DOT #2597230, CAL‑T #191594, CA #502477 — licensed, insured, and CARB & ELD compliant. All of these are public records you can verify independently with FMCSA and the CPUC.
Your belongings ride on their own truck with our crew — the same team handles your move from door to door. No brokers, no day-labor guesswork, no combined loads. That ownership is the whole point of the “Customer Exclusive” way we move, and it's why our quotes are trustworthy: we're the ones doing the work we priced.
From our home base at 5914 Cobblestone Ct, El Sobrante, CA, we serve Orinda, Lafayette, Walnut Creek, Oakland, Berkeley, San Francisco, San Rafael, Mill Valley, Tiburon and Moraga and communities across the greater Bay Area — see the full service area list.
391 reviews on Google and 391 on Yelp, with a 9.67/10 rating from GreatGuysMoving independent analysis. Reviews are the moving industry's scoreboard — we treat them like one.
No deposit. No surprise charges at the door. No padded hours. The pricing page spells out exactly what's included free and the handful of things that aren't — so there are no surprises before, during or after your move.
