OCD Moving Services (“we”, “us”) is a licensed California moving company based in El Sobrante, CA (US‑DOT #2597230). This policy explains what personal information we collect through ocdmovingservices.net, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information you give us. When you use our quote form or contact us, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the addresses involved in your move (origin and destination), move type, home size, dates, and any notes you add. When you call, text or email us, we keep the content of that communication.
2. Information collected automatically with your request. Each quote submission is also recorded with your IP address, the page you submitted from, the date/time, and marketing attribution data (campaign tags such as utm_source, the page that referred you, and — if you arrived from a Facebook ad — a Facebook click ID). The IP address is used to limit spam and abusive automated submissions.

If you arrive at our site from a campaign link (or a Facebook ad), the campaign details and click ID are kept in your browser's session storage for the duration of your visit so that a quote you submit can be matched to the right campaign. Session storage is cleared when you close your browser.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
If you are a California resident, here is a summary of the categories we collect and disclose in the past 12 months: identifiers (name, contact details, IP), commercial information (quote requests, move addresses), internet activity (pages visited, attribution), and precise geolocation only to the extent you give us your addresses.
We “share” identifiers and internet activity with Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising, as described above. We do not sell personal information. You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal information, to correct it, and to opt out of sharing. To exercise any of these rights, email ocdmovingservices@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. We will verify your request using the contact details we have on file. You may also use a designated authorized agent, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
Quote requests and customer records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet business and legal record-keeping obligations for moving companies. Analytics reports are kept in aggregated, low-identifier form. We do not retain raw click IDs separately from the lead record.
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to stored leads is limited to authorized staff accounts on our admin dashboard; third-party trackers and forms transmit over encrypted connections. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The current version is always posted here with its effective date.
